FAQ

Is It Safe to Lift Heavy Alone

1 min read

Lifting heavy alone is safe with proper equipment and judgment. Use a power rack with safety pins set at the correct height—they catch failed lifts. Don't use collars on bench press (weights slide off if stuck). Leave 1-2 reps in reserve most of the time—don't grind reps to absolute failure without safeties. Smart training alone is safer than risky training with spotters who don't know proper technique.
