Do You Need a Spotter in a Home Gym

You don't need a spotter if you train smart. Use a power rack with safety pins set at proper height—they catch failed reps. Leave 1-2 reps 'in the tank' on most sets—train to true failure only on movements with safeties. For bench press, use safety arms or don't use collars (weights slide off if stuck). Spotters offer psychological safety, but proper equipment and technique provide physical safety.
