Can You Deadlift in a Home Gym

Deadlifting is absolutely possible in home gyms with proper setup. Requirements: 3/4 inch rubber flooring minimum, preferably on concrete. Bumper plates reduce noise versus iron. If on upper floors, consider deadlift platforms that distribute weight. Hex/trap bar deadlifts are quieter than conventional due to higher starting position. With proper flooring, deadlifts are no louder than other gym activities.
