Kettlebell swings develop explosive hip power. Start with kettlebell on the floor, feet wider than shoulders. Hinge at hips, grip bell, hike it back between legs like a football. Snap hips forward powerfully, projecting the bell to chest height. Arms are ropes—the hips power the movement, not the arms. Let bell fall, hinging immediately to absorb the momentum. It's a hinge, not a squat—knees stay relatively straight.
